AXG membrane offers large range of hollow fiber membranes, microfiltration (MF) and ultrafiltration (UF) using Polyvinylidene fluoride (PDVF) as our standard membrane material. Other materials are available under request such PES, PP, PAN.

The membranes are applied on Continuous Membrane Filtration (CMF), Submerged Membrane Filtration (SMF), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) and Two-Way Filtration (TWF) technology systems depending on the process desired: clean, concentrate or fractionate fluids. The membrane configuration system depends on the existing installations, influent characteristics and the permeate quality requirements.

Hollow fiber membranes with PVDF material are wide used on wastewater treatment and water purification due to the benefits of their material properties. Nowadays, their application is also extended to petrochemical, steel, textile, food and beverages industries among others.

AXG ultrafiltration modules have been tested and certified by NSF international under NSF/ANSI Standard 61 to ensure that they are safe for use in drinking water system.
